Al-MAHARAT Technology-Astrata GLP 40 Personal Tracker is a portable, most technologically advanced GPS tracking device with two-way voice communication which can be used as a cellular phone in an emergency situation. The Al-MAHARAT technology Personal device can silently call any number for immediate assistance in a distressed situation and can also be used for covert listening with auto answer feature and up to 10 minutes of voice message.

The GLP 40 operates in SMS and GPRS modes, this gives it the ability to transmit its position as a text message and can be monitored in real-time via the Al-MAHARAT Technology-Astrata Sirius-XP ¬a Window's based in-house Solution or via the Sirius-web solution hosted at Al-MAHARAT technology premises in a secure environment. The Al-MAHARAT Technology-Astrata GLP 40 has a unique built-in Geo-Fence feature that can trigger an alert when the device enters or exits a pre-defined area. This is ideal for VIP/personnel security, police, military, theft protection, elderly, children and physically challenged people, field trips, theft protection of cars and sports events. The Al-MAHARAT Technology-Astrata GLP 40 has a built-in high-sensitivity GPS receiver that can provide near-indoor and under bridge location capability where normal GPS is unable to do so.

The Al-MAHARAT Technology-Astrata GLP 40 Personal Tracker boasts real-time monitoring, efficient and effective management capabilities, and provides help and assistance in critical situations. This portable device measures just H76/90 x W62 x D16/23 mm and weighs only 98g. It has a built-in Lithium Ion rechargeable battery giving approx 25 hours operation with position reports every 3 minutes.
